Payment & Refund Policy: Due to the service nature of Kale Diagnostics, no refunds are provided. By availing our services, you agree not to dispute any agreed-upon charges from Kale Diagnostics. Should you have payment or billing questions, or if credit/debit card details change, please contact Kale Diagnostics at least 48 hours before any scheduled payment. You commit to pay in full for the chosen service level, even when opting for a payment plan.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kale Diagnostics, its employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that may arise from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
